Bar Floor only £330
Bar or function room, comfortably holding 50 guests with dancing, or 70 guests without dancing.Typically, for parties of 60+ guests, the top floor will be hired in addition to the bar floor, with dancing or a seated dinner taking place on the top floor, following the reception drinks/canapés on the bar floor.
Top Floor only (£220 when hired in addition to Bar floor) £330
Additional room, comfortably holding 60 guests for seated dinners with buffet food service, or 70 guests for seated dinners with table service, or for a total of 110 guests when used as an extension to the bar floor.
Kitchen (for final presentation of food, but no other use of kitchen facilities, including crockery, cutlery, etc) £ 70
Kitchen £330
As above, but when used by an accredited chef or catering company other than our own. Please note we do not permit a host’s friends or family to prepare or cook food in the kitchen.The kitchen must be left as it is found. Please also note that there is a surety of £200 payable in advance when the kitchen is used by external caterers. We will refund this surety upon a satisfactory inspection of the kitchen at the end of the hire period.
Weddings:

(Civil ceremonies are conducted on the top floor and can be witnessed by up to 60 guests, seated).
Licensing Extension £150
Very limited availability on a Friday, Saturday & Sunday. No extensions are available for 18th or 21st birthday parties.
This is a very limited time extension, due to the close proximity of the Club to local residents

A member of staff will take coats, bags, etc and deposit them in the men’s changing room. The venue takes no liability or responsibility for items left behind by guests.
Please Note:
1. All prices are per 5 hour session, i.e. per lunchtime or per evening, except for weddings, where the charge shown is for the duration of the party
2.  Additional charges may apply, subject to the nature of the event. These may include: the supply of up to 70 chairs (Conran America classic white metal ) for seated dinners, inclusive of  setting up and dressing the tables (£100) and/or the hire of extra chairs, cotton damask tablecloths, linen napkins, etc.
3. We cater for 18th and 21st birthday parties ONLY if there are responsible adults present throughout the evening. Other conditions include:(a) you must supply a printed guest list (b) we will hire 2 security personnel at an additional charge of £150, to ensure the proceedings go smoothly and to help us clear the house. (c) Some form of food MUST be provided, such as snacks, baguettes, or Pizzas delivered to the venue. If you do not provide some form of food, we may decline to serve spirits. (d) we will limit the party to a maximum of 90 young adults (plus up to 30  “older” guests).
4. DEPOSIT: a deposit of 50% of the hire charge (plus VAT) is due in order to secure the venue on the desired date. The balance of the hire charge, plus any charges for food and drink are due before or on the date of the event.5. CANCELLATION: if the event is cancelled prior to 4 weeks before the event, the deposit will be refunded less £50. If the event is cancelled prior to 2 weeks before the event, the deposit will be refunded less £150. if the event is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the event, the entire deposit will be forfeited.6. PAYMENT: we accept payment by bank transfer, credit/credit card and by Amex. Payment by Amex is subject to an additional fee of 2.5%.7. Personal Belongings or Food left behind: we cannot take any responsibility for personal belongings left behind. Our staff check the venue at the end of a party and put to one side any personal items they may find, but we are not responsible for their safe-keeping for more than 2 days after the event.

Any food left in our fridges will be disposed of no more than 2 days after the event.
