Charlie Capehorn: I’m passionate about delicious food – good quality ingredients, simply and beautifully prepared. I trained at Ballymaloe in Ireland and since then I have built up a successful business organising and preparing food for corporate events, dinners, parties, weddings and for a pop up restaurant (Whizz Bang Pop). I work with a small number of local very high quality suppliers in the Turnham Green, Chiswick area, including: Macken brothers butcher, Andreas fruit and vegetables, Mortimer and Bennett deli & Covent Garden fish monger.
Whizz Bang Pop discovered Auriol Kensington Rowing Club in 2010 and I’ve gone back there to work time and time again.
