For your special event, we are pleased to offer you the services of Delicious Parties for your food. Charlie is our chef and Louise is your point of contact.
Charlie Capehorn cooks very high quality 1, 2, 3 or 4 course meals, at very affordable prices, suitable for service at the table or buffet service. She also offers a wide range of canapés, finger food (generally larger than canapés) and bowl food.
With canapés or finger food, you choose from an extensive list and the price is per guest, rather than per piece of food. With this approach, the emphasis is on leaving us rather than you, to provide sufficient food for the event.
Louise will guide you through your food order and she will organise your kitchen waiting staff.
All prices are quoted net of VAT and net of kitchen waiting charges. Kitchen staff are paid by the hour and for a minimum of 4 hours. So for example, if you want a canapés service for 30 guests, we would suggest 1 waiting person. If you want a 3 course dinner for 50 guests with table service, then we would suggest 3 waiting staff.
If you are hosting a private party, we suggest you settle your food bill directly with Delicious parties.
If you are hosting a corporate event, your food bill and waiting charges (plus VAT) will be added to the total bill for your event.
You can bring your own caterer, if you have a particular national cooking theme in mind. The hire charge for the kitchen is then £200+VAT. There is a also a surety of £200, which will be refunded after a satisfactory inspection of the kitchen at the end of your event (there are more details under the page called ”Hire Charges “ ).
