Autumn/Winter 2011 sees the launch of an exciting new list to match in-house chef, Charlie Capehorn’s, new food menu. We’re proud to announce that all wines are now supplied by Boutinot, voted Wine Merchant of the Year for the last three years at the prestigious Sommelier Awards.

Choose from Prosecco or sparkling pink Cava as an aperitif while you take in the magnificent views. The more classically inclined will sniff out the family-produced Champagne Lallier, made from only the best grapes of the Grand Cru vineyard in Ay and ideal for special celebrations. Fans of white wines are well catered for: our range covers classics like Chablis and Sancerre through to sexy Spanish Albarino and powerful NZ Sauvignon Blanc from whacky winemaker Ant Moore.

Our reds have been selected to warm you up and to match perfectly with autumn game and wintery dishes. Plenty of pepper and spice here from our Spanish Monastrell Shiraz, Argentinian Malbec and Gigondas, Lots of sultry dark fruit can be found in our indulgent Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and our Chilean Merlot- made by Chile’s top winemaker, Felipe Muller.

Nothing here should disappoint, whether you’re a wine enthusiast or wine connoisseur. Enjoy soaking them all up with the views.
